TraderOcra uses DHL for outgoing shipment.  We will not ship without specific correspondence requesting TraderOrca to send specific products or business samples, preferably a "bill of ordering" with the companies letterhead.  However, once business relations are established e-mail or telephone requests will be honored at the discretion of TraderOrca.
