A major part of our business services is the acquisition and distribution of business samples.
Retailers: We can search and acquire business samples for new potential products upon request. Generally, business samples for a new product can be acquired for free and we will forward them to you for evaluation at our cost (shipping & handling) using DHL with the understanding that TraderOrca will seek to sign an Exclusive Distribution Contract for the secific prodts and region. If additional samples are required and free samples are not available, TraderOrca will order additional samples at cost for the retailer.
Producer: TraderOrca will require at a minimum 1 business sample of each product for evaluation with cost. Depending upon the wishes of the producer Trader Orca will then negotiate based on a Market Analysis on the foreseen required business samples & material required to meet the goals of the producer.
Note: Requested Business Samples will be forwarded at cost by TraderOrca with an invoice for payment, regardless of the end result of projected future sales or perceived product value. Failure to pay will affect future relations and may result in the termination of correspondence. TraderOrca will make every effort to minimize the cost associated with business samples.
